From October 29 to 31, PV Taiwan—Taiwan International Smart Energy Week—was grandly held at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Hall 1, once again becoming a major focal point of the renewable energy industry. Marching Forward with Strength! Qiangli Jucai Distributed PV Smart Carport Project Officially Breaks Ground

On June 10, the Phase I rooftop distributed PV smart carport project at Qiangli Jucai Industrial Park officially commenced. Representatives from all involved parties—including the developer Qiangli Jucai, the construction contractor Magnificence Construction Engineering, and the design institute CECI 11th Design Institute—gathered on-site to witness the launch of this green energy project. Located on the rooftop parking lot of the new Qiangli Jucai Industrial Park, the project adopts an integrated BIPV solution, with a total installed capacity of 3.596 MW. Operating under a “self-consumption with surplus power fed to the grid” model, the project is expected to generate approximately 3.9 million kWh of electricity annually, with total revenue over a 25-year lifecycle projected to reach RMB 75 million. The system is scheduled to be grid-connected by the end of July and undergo final acceptance in August. At the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Liu Wei, the project leader from Qiangli Jucai, emphasized: “We must adhere to safety first, quality as the foundation, and compliance with transparency. In our pursuit of the‘High-Quality PV Project Award,’ we will strengthen process management and work together to make this rooftop PV carport project a long-lasting, benchmark project under the sun!” Mr. Lian, a representative from construction contractor Magnificence Construction Engineering, congratulated Qiangli Jucai on the successful commencement of the project and made a firm commitment:“To ensure safe, high-quality, and on-time delivery, we will assemble an elite team, with safety control as the cornerstone and on-schedule delivery as the goal. On May 22, the 6MW distributed solar project at Haikong Special Glass Technology Co., Ltd in Huizhou, Guangdong, invested by Huge Energy and contracted by its subsidiary Magnificence construction engineering under an EPC framework, was successfully connected to the grid. Thanks to the project team’s efficient collaboration, construction was completed in just over 50 days. This green power plant is expected to generate 6 million kWh of electricity annually and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by over 5,500 tons each year, injecting new momentum into the park's low-carbon transformation. Huge Energy’s solar mounting system for metal rooftops utilizes high-strength, corrosion-resistant aluminum profiles. Its lightweight design reduces the load on the roof while offering strong protection against extreme weather such as typhoons and heavy rain. The customized metal roof clamps ensure a tight fit with the roof without penetrating the waterproof layer, making installation simple and convenient. Additionally, the mounting system incorporates a "thermal insulation and efficiency enhancement" concept by optimizing the distance between the solar modules and the roof to create a natural ventilation layer, effectively lowering indoor temperatures, reducing air-conditioning energy consumption, and achieving both power generation and energy-saving benefits. The Magnificence construction engineering team scientifically planned the tilt angles and spacing of the solar modules, deploying a customized installation plan to maximize the use of the metal rooftop. During construction, the team overcame challenges such as a tight schedule, complex roof structures, and weather disruptions.
